Greenfields started in 2011 when two people with different, yet complementary skills got together to form a consulting company people could rely on to help them through their business change. Specialising in change management, communications and training, we put the framework in place to help your people transition and advocate your plans for transformation. We also look at new and effective ways to educate your people on the way forward. We stay on top of new trends in training because we’re curious, however we only apply what makes sense for our clients. We have been doing this for a while, both independently and as Greenfields. Our varied backgrounds in finance and psychology bring a ‘customer’ lens to all that we do, business acumen and a true understanding of people.
